stayed 1 night, and it was a disaster! the bed was as stiff as a board, and water had a terrible smell. i was shocked there wasn't even a hair dryer in the room! considering my issues, i at least expected a room upgrade or complimentary water. i almost thought of giving a good review, but i just couldn’t.
